Steve's Super Easy Super Fast Mexe Beans
If dinner time is fast approaching and you are ravenously hungry - and want to have an Olympic qualifying poop the next morning - then this is the dish for you.
Just chop up some garlic, onion, green capsicum (bell pepper) and chilli and fry it up in a little bit of olive oil. Then add in some tomato passata, 2 cans of red kidney beans (give them a rinse first) and season with a bit of salt, pepper and some extra chilli powder or flakes if you can stand a bit of a ring sting in the morning.
Cook it for a bit and serve it up with some avo - and a bit of grated cheese (if your cholesterol levels are good. If not, it's just the avo for you matey!).
